General Problem

How can I change my password?

1. Go to "http://www.ksc.net"
2. Press "Account Center" button on your header menu
3. Select "Change Password" item
4. Then type your "username" and "Password"
5. Type "New Password" and type "Confirm new Password"
6. Submit
7. You can use your new password immediately after changing

I forgot my password, how to do?

If you lost your original password, we regret to inform you that we do not keep records of customer passwords. In this instance, for monthly subscribers, we can reset your password for a charge of Bht 107 (charged on a forthcoming statement). For Internet Kit customers, send Pay-in slip and changing password form to 0 2979 7111 Please inform us of your fax number so we can send you a Login name and Password Charging Form?. Upon receiving the form, please fill it in and fax it together with the required documents (Identity Card for personal use and Photocopy of Juristic Person or Photocopy of VAT Registration for corporate use) to 0-2979-7111. Your password will be changes within 1 hour after we received your completed fax.

How can I check my usage time ?

1. Go to http://www.ksc.net
2. Select "Account Center" item
3. Type your username and password then click "Log in to the self service center"
4. Select "Check Usage"

But if you do not connect to the Internet you can check you usage time by calling to "Call Center" via IVR system as following step

1. Call to 0-2979-7000
2. You will be welcomed by the Call Center
3. Press "5" to get more infornation and chenk for the usage to automatic system
4. Press "4" to check th usage time
5. Press "1" (monthly membership) or press "2" (package membership)
6. Press "Customer Number (10 digits)" and follow by * if you are a monthly membership
7. Press "Serial Number (10 digits)" and follow by * if you are a package membership
8. The system will inform usage time and remaining time

How can I know my Customer ID or Serial Number?

1. For monthly member, customer number will be shown in a statement
2. For package member, serial number will be shown in a card attached with a package

What should my User Name be ?

1. It should contain 4-8 characters.
2. It should be defined in Small-case alphabets, except any symbols and special characters.
3. The first 2 digits could not be alphabet and follow by number, for example: ww123456, tk56789 etc.
4. At least the first digit should be alphabet and follow by number, for example: w125, k758 etc.
5. The first choice and second choice of User Name should be different.
6. In case of changing password, Customers need to contact with customer service and will be chaged at THB 321 (Inclusive Vat)
